If your meal has been specifically modified to be:

- – Dairy-free → it will be clearly labeled
These labels are intentionally placed so you can quickly identify your meals at a glance—especially if you’ve ordered a specific plan.
Important to Know:
Not every gluten-free or dairy-free meal will have a label.
Why? Because some meals on our weekly menu are naturally gluten-free or dairy-free without any modifications.
So if you don’t see a label, it doesn’t automatically mean it isn’t gluten-free or dairy-free—it may simply already meet those standards as-is.
Step 2: Understand “Modified” vs. “Naturally Made”
There are two ways your meals may meet your dietary needs:

These are dishes that originally included gluten or dairy—but have been thoughtfully adjusted by Chef Brett.

These meals will always be labeled so you know a change has been made.
2. Naturally Gluten-Free or Dairy-Free Meals

- – No special label may be applied
- – The meal already aligns with your dietary preference
