Delivery

Place your order by Thursday at 4 pm and we’ll deliver your freshly prepared meals right to your door on Sunday or Monday. Each order arrives in a custom cooler bag with two ice packs to keep everything fresh. Your driver will send an automated text 30 minutes before arrival, including a live tracking link so you can follow their location in real time.

You’ll receive an automated text on Thursday evening with your one-hour delivery window for Sunday or Monday. On your delivery day, our driver will send a text 30 minutes before arrival, including a live tracking link so you can follow their location in real time. Standard delivery hours are Sundays from 8 am to 7 pm and Mondays from 9 am to 5 pm.

We deliver all over San Diego county in our commercial refrigerated vans to keep your meals at optimal freshness. From Chula Vista to Fallbrook and from Carlsbad to Ramona.

Our chef-crafted meals are delivered to you fresh and never frozen in one of our refrigerator vans with ice packs and a custom cooler bag. We recommend placing your meals inside your refrigerator as soon as possible to maintain optimal freshness.

Meals

Yes, there is a five-item menu so if you were to order the 10 meal plan for example you will receive at least two of each menu item, to equal the 10 meals. For the 15 meal plan you will receive 3 of each menu item. If you can not eat one of the menu items please send us an email and we would be happy to accommodate.

You can store your gourmet meals for up to 7 days in the refrigerator. (please keep your refrigerator below 40 degrees) If you would like your meals to last longer, we recommend freezing your meals from day 5 forward. They will last up to a month in the freezer.

The meal container is both microwave & dishwasher-safe. Crack the lid of the container ( so the moisture stays mostly in) and place it in the microwave for 2 minutes on full power or until your desired heat. If the meal includes a salad, we recommend heating only the protein and keeping the salad chilled. For burgers, we recommend heating the patty separately from the bun for a more enjoyable taste.

Orders are on an automatic subscription basis. You will be charged on the same day of the week that you originally placed your order. However, you are never locked into a contract and are able to suspend or cancel at any time.

If you need to cancel your order, please take action before Thursday at 4 p.m. to avoid any inconvenience and credit card processing fees. You can do this by logging into your account, selecting "Subscription," and clicking either "Suspend (Pause)" or "Cancel" at any time. This will stop your order from being processed.

Refund Policy
At Pure Meal Prep, every meal is custom-prepared just for you. Because we cook in small batches and source fresh ingredients to fulfill weekly orders, last-minute changes significantly impact our kitchen operations, food cost, and delivery logistics. We truly understand that emergencies happen, and our goal is always to be as accommodating as possible while still protecting our team, our time, and our food costs. Below is our clear and structured policy so you know exactly what to expect. Order Deadline All weekly orders and changes must be submitted by Thursday at 4:00 PM. After this point, ingredients are purchased, meals are planned, and production begins.

Refund: Full refund minus a $20 credit card processing & preparation fee.

This fee covers the irreversible processing costs and early labor/ingredient preparation already underway.

Refund: 50% refund of your order total.

By Saturday, your meals have already been cooked and packaged specifically for you.

Since they cannot be resold, this partial refund helps cover food cost, labor, and production time.
We can offer alternatives instead of cancelling:
Deliver your meals to a friend or family member
Change your delivery day (Sunday or Monday)
