You now have TWO easy ways to heat your meals:

  • Microwave Heating:

    1. Partially peel back the film on the container.
    2. Heat in the microwave for 2–3 minutes to steam.
    3. Please remove  any small sauce containers before heating.
    4. Let the meal cool in the microwave for 30 seconds, then enjoy!
  • Oven Heating:

    1. Remove all stickers, sauce containers, and film.
    2. Place the oven-safe container on a baking tray.
    3. Cover with Foil to stay moist.
    4. Heat at 300°F for roughly 20–25 minutes.
    5. Or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
    6. Let cool for one minute, then enjoy!

Roasted Salmon Frisée Salad

NATURALLY GLUTEN FREE 

CONTAINS DAIRY (no goat cheese added per requests) 

Ingredients:

Salmon, frisée lettuce, quinoa, goat cheese, pomegranate seeds, pepitas, olive oil, champagne vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, shallots, garlic 

Protein: 34g

Fat: 28g

Carbs: 30g 

Calories: 508 

The salmon salad can be enjoyed cold. Or:

  1. Remove the protein from the salad.

  2. Heat the protein in the microwave for 1:45–2:00 minutes or until warmed through.

  3. Add the warm protein back to the salad.

  4. Toss with the dressing provided and enjoy!

Grilled Chicken Romesco Paella

Chicken breast, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, garlic, GF panko, olive oil, sherry vinegar, saffron rice, peas, carrots, green olives, organic bell peppers, organic peas, vegetable stock

Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich

 

CONTAINS GLUTEN (gluten free bun substituted per request) 

CONTAINS DAIRY (Brussels sprouts in place of cornbread substitute for dairy free requests) 

Ingredients:

Chicken breast, herbed focaccia, hot sauce, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, brown sugar, pickles, ranch (organic mayonnaise, oat milk, herbs), cornmeal, cheddar, rice flour,  jalapeño, eggs, butter), organic coleslaw mix, avocado oil, organic honeycomb organic corn

  1. Heat the chicken breast  in the microwave for 1:45–2:00 minutes or until desired temperature.

  2. Toast the bun and heat the corn bread separately if desired.

  3. Reassemble and enjoy!

    1. Remove the macaroni salad or coleslaw from the container before heating.

    2. Heat the remaining meal following the standard heating instructions.

Ingredients:

Free range pork, corn tortillas, cilantro, onions, tomatillo salsa, crushed tomatoes, chicken stock, rice, pinto beans, avocado oil

Protein: 38g

Fat: 22g 

Carbs: 60g 

Calories: 590 

  1. Remove the protein and toppings from the tortilla.

  2. Heat the protein in the microwave for 1:45–2:00 minutes or until warm.

  3. Toast the tortilla separately if desired.

  4. Add the toppings back onto the warm protein and assemble your taco.
