Our Meal Prep Process

This is San Ysidro meal prep done the right way.

1. Place Your Order

Place your order by Thursday at 4 pm and we deliver your freshly prepared meals on Sunday — right to your door! Our menus rotate each week, so you will always have something delicious to look forward to. We offer a healthy lifestyle plan, a keto plan, and a family package.

2. Wait For a Text

On Friday morning, you will receive an automated text alerting you of your one-hour delivery window for Sunday or Monday delivery.  

3. Track Your Meal Delivery

Our driver will text you 30 minutes prior to the delivery on Sunday morning to keep you updated of the status. There will be a link within that text allowing you to track your driver’s location live. 

4. Pick Up Your Meal

Your chef-crafted meal will be delivered to you fresh and never frozen in one of our refrigerator vans with ice packs and a custom cooler bag. We recommend placing your meals inside your refrigerator as soon as possible to maintain optimal freshness.

5. Enjoy!

Warm up your entree, and enjoy your freshly prepared and perfectly portioned meals designed to keep you nourished and energized.
