Patrick Fulgham is the kind of leader who inspires the moment you meet him — not just because of his accomplishments, but because of the heart and integrity behind them.

A two-time Olympia Champion, Patrick has dedicated his life to bodybuilding, strength training, and the discipline it takes to become the best version of yourself — physically and mentally. Beyond the stage, he serves as a Head Judge for the IFBB Pro League and NPC, overseeing some of the sport’s most prestigious competitions, including events hosted by MuscleContest. His deep knowledge of training, macro tracking, and longevity has made him one of the most respected voices in the bodybuilding community.

But what truly sets Patrick apart is his commitment to people.

Patrick is the Founder and President of 1C13 Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on youth mentorship and community impact. Through his work, he pours into the next generation, teaching confidence, accountability, self-belief, and the power of a positive mindset.

When it comes to living the lifestyle he teaches, Patrick leads by example. Janeza Bridges believes that real results begin with understanding what we put into our bodies — and why it matters.

A Southern California–based Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer, Janeza combines clinical nutrition expertise with fitness coaching to help people build sustainable, healthy lifestyles rooted in balance, education, and intention. For nearly a year, she has personally trusted Pure Meal Prep as part of her own routine, using it consistently to support her health goals and maintain a lifestyle that aligns with her values.

Janeza earned her degree from San Diego State University, bringing a unique background to her work that blends science and creativity. Before transitioning into dietetics, she studied fine art and graphic design, a foundation that shapes her thoughtful, intuitive approach to nutrition, seeing food not just as fuel, but as a meaningful part of daily life.

Her professional focus spans a wide range of specialties, including gut and heart health, women’s health, sports performance, and eating disorder recovery. Janeza is also trained in Intuitive Eating and mindful practices, helping clients move away from restrictive dieting and toward a healthier, more informed relationship with food.

Janeza is especially passionate about ingredient quality and portion balance, believing that when meals are thoughtfully formulated, nutrition becomes simple and sustainable. Mike Lemaire

Mike Lemaire’s journey in fitness is one that has truly come full circle — rooted in passion, discipline, and a lifelong love for movement.

A student of martial arts since the age of four, Mike went on to compete at the highest level as a professional Muay Thai and kickboxing fighter for over a decade. His career includes holding both the WBC and WCK Muay Thai World Titles and earning a coveted contract with Glory Kickboxing after winning a high-stakes, winner-takes-all tournament. His dedication to the sport shaped not only his physical strength, but the mindset of a true champion.

Yet, it was in the moments between fights that Mike discovered something even more powerful — a passion for helping others find confidence, strength, and joy through fitness. As a head coach and personal trainer, he realized that movement doesn’t have to feel repetitive or intimidating to be effective. It can be exciting, empowering, and fun.

Through years of training alongside elite athletes, world-class coaches, and professionals across multiple disciplines, Mike developed a unique approach to fitness and fat loss — one that blends high-level athletic training, holistic wellness, ancestral nutrition, and real-world sustainability. His method goes beyond workouts, helping people reconnect with their bodies and rediscover what they’re capable of.

This passion naturally evolved into Fitness Mike Lemaire — a brand built on the belief that fitness should energize your life, not drain it. Mike’s champion mentality encourages people to break out of routine, try something new, and stay consistent by actually enjoying the process.

Well-loved by his community and deeply respected for his authenticity, Mike reminds us that the best results come when movement feels exciting, purposeful, and aligned with how we live our lives. His mission is simple: make fitness fun again, and watch everything else fall into place.

Katherine Alcantara Alvarez

Katherine Alcantara Alvarez understands that strength looks different in every season of life — and motherhood is one of the most powerful chapters of all.

A San Diego–based professional fitness athlete, certified personal trainer, and IFBB Pro Bikini athlete, Katherine earned her IFBB Bikini Pro Card in 2015 through years of discipline, dedication, and resilience. She now shares that same commitment as a Personal Trainer at Hardcore Fitness and a coach for Team Hardcore, where she prepares clients for bodybuilding and bikini competitions while meeting them exactly where they are.

Beyond coaching, Katherine has been a longtime Pure Meal Prep customer, consistently relying on our meals to support her training, postpartum recovery, and busy life as a mom. Having nutrition already handled allows her to stay fueled, present, and consistent — even on the most demanding days.

Today, Katherine’s perspective has deepened in the most meaningful way — as a mom to her beautiful baby girl. Her journey through postpartum life has shaped how she approaches fitness, nutrition, and self-care, emphasizing balance, patience, and consistency over perfection. She openly shares the realities of motherhood, reminding women that progress doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing to be powerful.

Katherine specializes in helping women navigate postpartum fitness, nutrition, and sustainable routines, showing that staying consistent as a mom often means adapting, not sacrificing. Her message is rooted in self-compassion — honoring your body, fueling it properly, and finding strength in the small, daily wins.

As a Functional Training Specialist, Katherine believes in training for life, not just aesthetics. She advocates for movement that supports energy, confidence, and longevity — especially for busy moms balancing family, careers, and personal goals.

Known to many simply as Katherine Alvarez, she is loved for her authenticity, relatability, and unwavering support of women in all stages of their fitness journey. Her story is a reminder that motherhood doesn’t take strength away — it reveals a deeper, more resilient kind of strength than ever before.

Rodrick Lopez

Rodrick Lopez has been part of the Pure Meal Prep story from the very beginning.

As the first athlete and trainer to join our team, Rodrick believed in our mission early on and has been instrumental in spreading the word about Pure Meal Prep, not just as a product, but as a lifestyle built on consistency, performance, and sustainability. His support helped shape the foundation of what Pure Meal Prep is today, and his impact continues to be felt throughout our community.

Rodrick’s passion for fitness began in 2012, when he discovered CrossFit and became obsessed with learning how to improve — not just for himself, but for everyone around him. That drive led him to earn a degree in Kinesiology, commit fully to the fitness industry, and reject the idea of a traditional 9–5 in favor of a life built around purpose and movement.

Since 2013, Rodrick has coached thousands of athletes, worked alongside world-renowned coaches, partnered with multiple gym owners, owned a gym, and built meaningful relationships across the fitness community.

Beyond coaching, Rodrick has blended fitness with creativity, becoming a respected content creator and digital voice in the CrossFit community. Known online as @memefortime, he uses humor, relatability, and authenticity to build connection, inspire consistency, and remind people that fitness doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful. His influence has since expanded beyond fitness, helping brands across industries grow their organic reach by applying the same habits and principles he lives by.

Rodrick is a Level 3 Certified CrossFit Trainer (CF-L3) and holds a Bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. He is also the founder of ROLOATHLETICS, a company dedicated to unlocking people’s potential.

Rodrick’s definition is success is getting people to realize how capable they are. In AND out of the gym.
